Clean hotel in a beautiful building just next door to a public beach which is poorly maintained and AN EARLY MORNING FLIGHT. Consistently courteous staff, early check-in and cozy bar. Recently renovated and updated room with a great view. A lot of outstanding food at breakfast time. The most important - beautiful and incredible location in downtown. 15 minutes walk to T Galleria by Dfs Duty Free Store.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of this beautiful island. Located in a bustling area, this place is surrounded by local stores, restaurants, and even a casino. The location was perfect for me as I didn't have to worry about renting a car and could easily explore the area on foot. The staff here is truly exceptional, providing top-notch service every single day. From the friendly concierge to the helpful front desk, everyone made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Not a single person had a sour face in the crowd, which is rare to find.
It was a bit disappointing that the breakfast was not up to the standards I'm used to at other Hyatt hotels. There was limited food available and the service was not friendly.
